Blessings,I am Violet Williams Anderson, Founder and President of the BGB Mentoring Program. God gave me a dream to empower young ladies, and I have a rich history of teaching the youth through children's ministry in church. I have also owned a daycare. My educational background includes four years of accredited study in Business Management.In addition to my role with BGB, I am a property manager, mother, and grandmother. I have a deep love for people and a passion for sowing into the lives of individuals, watching God perform His mighty works. It is a privilege to serve young ladies from all walks of life, and I am excited to welcome your young lady to the BGB family. Hello,My name is Ryan Allen, born and raised in Chicago, IL. I am the secretary for the BGB Mentoring Program. I currently reside in Knoxville, TN. I have been dedicated to working with children since the age of 15 as a youth counselor and have gained additional experience through my role as a mother of two. My education includes University of Illinois Urbana-Champagne and Xavier Unversity. My passion lies in assisting with the development of the youth. I am committed to sharing knowledge, wisdom, and personal experiences to help guide them through their personal journeys. My goal is to plant seeds of empowerment and encouragement, nurturing the potential within each young person I encounter.I look forward to contributing positivity and making a meaningful impact on the lives of the youth we serve.Mary Allen:

I believe in the power of experiences to shape their thinking and help them discover their purpose in life.I am dedicated to empowering young ladies with character and educational life skills, always through the lenses of kindness, love, and humility. I have grown in my career working in social work. I have also studied Culinary and love sharing these skills with the ladies I work with. Greetings,My name is Barbara Ferguson, and I am the Treasurer of the BGB Program. I hold an MBA, a B.S., and an Associate degree in Accounting. Beyond my professional credentials, I am passionate about my faith and enjoy attending church. I find joy in reading, dancing, listening to music, traveling, and watching television.Spending time with my family and friends is one of my greatest pleasures. I also cherish my daily walks, as they allow me to appreciate the beauty of God's creation. I have a knack for cleaning and organizing, which brings me a sense of satisfaction and order. Meeting new people is something I truly enjoy, as it enriches my life with diverse perspectives and experiences.
